And I really have had a great time overseeing their transformation from an IT management perspective to include IT as part of a baseline strategy for all of the cityвЂ™s initiatives and helping to guide the cityвЂ™s ambitions with technology enabling them, rather than looking at it as just вЂMind the shop and keep things running that weвЂ™ve already invested in.вЂ™ Internally, we have a director of innovation and technology and a deputy director of innovation and technology. That let me know right out of the gate what their intentions were with the position. And they branded it as the chief innovation officer, not a chief information officer.
